Karen Toast Conger is a documentation consultant with nearly two decades of experience in technical writing, courseware development, instructional design, and controlled authoring. She is on contract to several companies providing expertise in training and document project management. Toast is currently available on a limited basis for consultation, technical writing, and instructional design. Her base is in the Puget Sound, Pacific Northwest, United States.

Toast is fully contracted through the end of April as the family prepares to cut the lines and sail away from Seattle. However, she is available for virtualized and remote projects starting in May 2008.
