We were fortunate that by the time we elected to homeschool, the girls were already accomplished readers. I can not help those of you out there trying to teach your children how to read. For those trying to get your children to read more, my recommendation is to read more. You. Just go to the library, pick up a book, and start reading. If you read it, they will come.
