Sailing a Lagoon 380 catamaran in the beautiful waters of Puget Sound
Don Quixote is a Lagoon 380 catamaran. She was built in 2001 and is hull #61 of this model line. She was in amazingly good condition when we got her. I can't promise she'll stay the same as we get to know her. We purchased Don Quixote in 2005. We spent basically the first year or two getting to know her, playing with the bits and bobs, and then breaking darn near about everything. Repeatedly. And fixing everything. Repeatedly. Did you know that the majority of things on a boat can be fixed simply by taking them apart and putting them back together again? In April 2007, we moved aboard full time. Now we live on Don Quixote while we prepare to cut the lines and head north, south, and else where. It truly is all about the voyage. Since we have no idea where we are going, it had better be.
